Chrishma9)(N142)Top 10 models of the Mercedes

In this video, we will talk about the Top 10 models of the Mercedes

Mercedes-Benz is the kind of company that doesn't even have to boast the fact that it traces its roots to the very first car ever made (the Benz-Patent Motorwagen); its immense market share and consumer image speak for themselves. At one point or another, you've surely heard this brand's name used as a synonym for luxury and high status.

10: 2020-Present Mercedes-Benz EQC

In 2019, Mercedes debuted their entry into the EV market with the all-new EQ lineup. The EQC is a fully electric SUV that runs on an 80 kWh lithium-ion battery pack connected to two electric motors producing 402 horsepower – more than enough to pull the weight of the 5,350-lb luxury SUV.

In fact, it will dash to 60 mph in just 5.1 seconds. In platform and purpose, the EQC is actually based on the existing GLC model, yet as an electric model, it marks a significant step for Mercedes into the new era of automotive. Not only is it one of the first in its segment, but it also provides the advantage of relying solely on electric power to achieve its performance while also ensuring the level of comfort and luxury found in high-end Mercedes cars, for only about $67,000.

9: 2022-Present Mercedes-AMG SL-Class

In 2022, Mercedes-Benz introduced the seventh and latest generation of their luxury sports convertible lineup, branded the SL-Class. For the first time ever, the new SL is a Mercedes-AMG exclusive and will no longer be a part of Mercedes-Benz's standard lineup. The new SL is also the first to offer 2+2 seating as the standard configuration, though the rear seating area doesn't offer much space for taller people.

This attractive roadster offers up to 569 hp to play with thanks to its M177 biturbo V8 engine, allowing it to compete with the best sports convertibles. Step inside the new SL, and you'll find that high-end leather-clad interior with wooden accents and top-end comfort features we're all used to from Mercedes. The newest model starts at around $140,000.

8: 2015-Present Mercedes-AMG C 63 S Coupe

The C-Class sedan is doing wonderfully on the market, competing for the top spot in the luxury compact sedan segment with the likes of the Audi A4 and Genesis G70. However, it's the special C 63 AMG coupe variant that we'd like to give special attention to.

The model came to the showrooms in 2015, featuring a 4.0-liter V8 with options between 469 and 503 horsepower. The latter will sprint to 60 mph in under 4 seconds, and onto a top speed of at least 180 mph. With heaps of driver-assist features, LED lighting, and an optional 12.3" infotainment display, we can't imagine a more appealing entry-level sports car.

7: 2018-2022 Mercedes-Benz A-Class Sedan

In 2018, Mercedes-Benz decided to offer the already appealing luxury sub-compact A-Class in an all-new sedan version. The A-Class sedan seems to be an excellent decision by Mercedes. While it still competes in the same segment, the A-Class sedan now offers an impressive 15.1 cubic-foot rear storage area, as well as more room in the front and back seats.

The 188-hp 2.0-liter engine is standard for all trims, yet despite its size on paper, it consistently impresses with the way it carries the car around. It's a beautifully designed and conceptualized car that will appeal to anyone looking for both sportiness and practicality. And aside from BMW's 2 Series, competitors don't really have an answer for it.

6: 2019-2021 Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S

There's the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT, and then there's this – an all-out luxury sedan with the performance of a supercar. The AMG GT 63 S counts itself among the few very fast four-door sports sedans in the world. It's a notable achievement by Mercedes that tests the limits of just how far a luxury sedan can go.

Inside the 63 S is a twin-turbo V8 producing 630 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, capable of launching the car to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds. New for 2019, the GT 63 S comes with advanced technology features such as Drift Mode, which turns this AWD sedan into RWD on command.

5: 2023 Mercedes-AMG One

Red Bull is currently dominating the F1 racing world, but Mercedes-Benz has been on top for most of the last decade. To celebrate its F1 championships, Mercedes-Benz unveiled a new hybrid supercar in 2017 and started producing it five years later. Dubbed the Mercedes-AMG One, it's one of the most exciting German cars of the last decade.

The Mercedes-AMG One draws its power from a complex hybrid drivetrain made up of a 1.6-liter turbocharged V6 engine and four electric motors. With a combined output of 1,049 hp, the Mercedes-AMG One tops out at 219 mph, making it one of the fastest hybrids.

4: 2022-Present Mercedes-Benz EQS

It took Mercedes-Benz a while to join the fast-growing electric vehicle market, but since it launched the EQ range of EVs, it has shown why it's an automotive giant. We love the aforementioned EQC as it was the automaker's first EV, but the car that shows Mercedes-Benz's intent to take over the EV space is the EQS.

The EQS is essentially the Mercedes-Benz S-Class in electric form, and it's pretty cool. Its exterior design screams elegance, and the interior makes you feel like you're sitting in a spaceship with its giant 'Hyperscreen' stretching across the dashboard.

3: 2015-Present Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Most gearheads dream of owning a Mercedes-Benz, particularly the S-Class. However, Mercedes-Benz knows its prices can be restrictive for budget-minded gearheads, which is why the C-Class exists.

The C-Class is the entry-level Mercedes-Benz luxury sedan, and it's pretty awesome. The C-Class offers an S-Class-inspired design but in a smaller package with a lot fewer luxury features. Unlike most luxury cars, the C-Class offers superior reliability, with the 2022 model getting a Reliability score of 81 out of 100 on J.D. Power.

2: 2014-Present Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6x6

When it comes to off-road vehicles, Mercedes-Benz isn't the first automaker that comes to mind. However, the mighty G63 AMG 6x6 proves that Mercedes-Benz could also build a proper off-roader if it wanted to.

The G63 AMG is one of the best 6x6 trucks you can buy today, but unlike most of the others, it's a factory-built monster with all Mercedes-Benz original parts. A 544-hp twin-turbo V8 gives the G63 AMG 6x6 all the power it needs, while cool features like independent axle suspension and a portal axle drive help improve off-road performance.

1: 2017-Present Mercedes-Maybach S-Class

The aforementioned S-Class is already one of the top luxury car models. However, it can't really compete with the Rolls-Royce Phantom for the title of the most luxurious sedan, which is why Mercedes-Benz's luxury division Maybach builds its own version.

The latest Mercedes-Maybach S-Class does a great job of being a worthy Rolls-Royce Phantom for less than half the price. It has an elegant two-tone paint job, an upscale interior with the finest materials, and a powerful V12 engine in S680 guise.
